For what it does and the benefits that your company is sure to reap, PPX2 is not expensive at all. The prices are structured according to whether you want the system "Open" or "Locked". "Open" means that with a copy of Filemaker Pro, you can edit the system, adding layouts or changing scripts to your heart's content. "Locked" comes "as is" and if you want changes, we have to do them. For the single user module, you do not need Filemaker Pro as we send you a runtime version. But, if you want to use PPX2 on a network, you will need to have copies of FileMaker installed on each workstation. Talk to us if you are not sure.

Don't forget, PPX2 is completely cross platform (PC/MAC) and can work simultaneously in the two environments.
